example: Child Care management, stock managements etc. We will also analyze all
threats and identify how these threats is established using the Porter's five
forces solutions and overcome it using our creative ideas.
We will develop a software or a web portal to ease all business
operations. This is a very good way to save costs especially on handling staffs
and giving tasks to them. Managing children become more systematic and

need to know if there is any special arrangement made by the parents in
dropping/picking up their children from the branch, and to communicate the
arrangement to the care givers and teachers.
4) Administrator for Branch Cheras (Geetha Raj): I
need to know how many children we are expecting for the casual care in a day. I

of Child Care Giver (Mrs Doubtfire):” Are any of the children under my care

Parents (Mr & Mrs
Smith)
Mr & Mrs Smith quoted : “I want my children to get the best care and

know what my children’s daily activities are at the center”
The solution is to
build a system where all the entire facilities are equipped with CCTVS and is
connected though the Little Wombats website. With this new system, parents are
able to check on their children on real time through the internet. This allows
parents to check on the safety of their children and the quality of the daycare
staff. Parents are also able to check on the past video feed.
CONS:
Any neglecting on
the children from the staff can affect the reputation of the daycare badly.
